Are you a certified Dive Leader looking to go professional and work abroad as a dive guide? Then you need to upgrade your current level.
The Dive Leader Professional allows you to instruct Discover Scuba Diving on your own and teach students up to Scuba Diver. The course covers (among many others) the following topics:
- Upgrade from Dive Leader to Dive Leader Professional
- How to conduct Discover Scuba Diving events
- Teaching experience
- Legal regulations & laws
The course modules will make sure you are prepared to take your own students underwater. Let’s look at each module and what it covers.
Upgrade from Dive Leader
This course is an upgrade to your previous certification level.
We review important concepts and make sure you are up to date. Get the Dive Leader Professional upgrade whenever and wherever you want!
Laws and Regulations
Learn more about the laws and regulations governing how and where you work as a professional Divemaster. This includes age requirements, dive insurance, and responsibilities.
Teaching skills & Assisting
As a Dive Leader Professional, you are certified to teach beginners on your own.
This is a big responsibility and we make sure you are prepared. We will cover how to conduct dive courses, plan them, and choose the right locations.
If you passed all the course modules and the theory exam, you will become a certified Dive Leader Professional!
